QT3-15 is customized mainly for mass production of hollow blocks. It adopts matched mould & hydraulic high-frequency vibration integration technology, each cycle stably produces 3 standard hollow blocks within 15–20s. Uniform vibration eliminates internal pores and delamination, making hollow blocks even in density, precise in size and high in compressive strength, effectively avoiding defective hollow products. Standard hollow mould is compatible, and different hollow specifications can be quickly replaced to meet diverse construction hollow block orders.
Equipped touch screen PLC semi-automatic control system, feeding, mould lifting and demoulding are automatically operated, only simple manual pallet conveying is needed. New workers can master operation quickly without complex training. Different from full-automatic large production lines, it cuts equipment investment while guaranteeing stable hollow block continuous output, perfectly matching small hollow brick factories with limited capital.
It adapts standard 680×535mm pallets to carry green hollow blocks, realizing cyclic stacking and natural curing. The pallet circulation design avoids deformation of thin-wall hollow bricks during transfer, greatly improving the yield rate of finished hollow blocks compared with pallet-free mobile machines.
The whole machine features compact four-column welded frame, total weight about 4 tons. It occupies less plant area and is friendly to newly-built small hollow brick workshops with limited land, lowering factory site transformation cost.
Total power is 16–19KW with energy-saving design. It supports sand, fly ash, coal gangue and construction waste as raw materials to replace part cement, greatly reducing raw material expenditure for long-term hollow block manufacturing. Fewer vulnerable parts simplify daily maintenance work.
